Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any active shipping offers will be shown on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CoralKeep is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@coralkeep.co. We will do our best to update it before the order is processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

CoralKeep is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You can also reach out to us, and we will try our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coralkeep.co.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs process.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
