At CoralKeep, we want you to feel happy and confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@coralkeep.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care or beauty items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@coralkeep.co within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to replace the item or provide a suitable solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through the return process.
